11. Fair usage

We have a fair usage limit on the number of Records you may view. Different limits apply depending on whether you are accessing Records for free or on a Subscription, Micropayment, or Trial basis.

  • If you access Records on a Subscription basis, you may access a maximum of 5,000 Records in any calendar month (Month), subject to a maximum of 500 Records in any 24 hour period (Limit). The Limit does not apply where you are accessing Records on a Micropayment basis as such access is 'pay as you go'.
  • During a Trial, you may access a maximum of 600 Records (Trial Limit).
  • During a Free Access period or Free Weekend, you may access a maximum of 200 Records per 24hr period (Free Access Limit).

If you are viewing Records on a Subscription basis, once the Limit has been reached, you will need to wait for the next Month to start, when the Limit is automatically reset. If you are on a Trial or a Free Access period or Free Weekend, you will need to buy a Subscription or use Micropayments to view more Records.

There is no carry over permitted of any unused Limit or Free Access Limit from one Month to the next Month. There is no carry over permitted of any unused Trial Limit if you subsequently go on to purchase a Subscription or Micropayment.
