What’s next for user profiles?

We have several exciting updates on the horizon.

We will soon be adding a public (within Findmypast) view of your user profile, in connection with private messaging. This is so that you can see who you’re corresponding with.

We’ll also soon be adding public profiles to Tree Search results, meaning you’ll be able to see who owns the tree matches that you’ve found.

By connecting you with other users, these additions will make using our site a more community-focused experience.
