Who owns the copyright?

The contributing family history society or original owner of the data retains copyright - this transfer is just a distribution agreement for which they would be granting online rights for internet access only.

What happens to data that won't be publishing?

The data owner may distribute it in any way it chooses, online, offline, in CDs or booklets. This does not affect any arrangements for data that will be publishing.

What will happen to any FHO vouchers that we have in stock?

Any outstanding FamilyHistoryOnline vouchers that you have in stock will be exchanged for findmypast vouchers of the same value.
