Annette S K Urquhart Sven Sandstrom
Sven "Sam" Sandstrom
by Annette S K Urquhart
Story 175
My great-grandfather, Samuel Plummer (born 17 Jan 1833, Luton, Bedfordshire, England, died 27 May 1888, Taree, NSW, Australia) owned a farm in Taree and Sven "Sam" Sandstrom was a handyman on it.
I do not know anything about Sven except that his photos are in the Family Album but he must have been treated and/or felt a member of the family to give them photos of himself as an ordinary man and one in his Trooper uniform when he went to the Boer War. I don't know if he survived or had a family.
