Mr. Sydney White to Miss Alice Tarttelin. An interesting country wedding took place at St. Andrew's Church, Fulletby, Lincs, recently, between Mr. Sydney Wales White and Miss Alice Mary Tarttelin. The service was conducted by the Rev. Robert Barker (rector of the parish), and the church was very prettily decorated. The bride, who was given away by her father, Mr. Thomas Tarttelin, wore a cream silk eolienne dress (copied from a Romney portrait), with a fine Leghorn hat with chiffon. She carried a white vellum Prayer-book. She was attended by her cousin, Miss Topham, who was dressed in a fawn crpe de chine gown, with silk passementerie and lace, and who wore a hat to match. She carried an ivory-covered prayer-book (gift of the bride), and wore a gold and amethyst brooch (gift of the bridegroom). Mr. Wm. Borrill acted as best man. After the ceremony the bridal party reassembled at the residence of the Misses Winn, and later the happy pair left for Dunmore Park, Stirlingshire (lent them by the Hon. Mrs. Claud Hamilton).
