This is an index of World War 1 service personnel transcribed from notices published in the South Australian newspaper The Chronicle between 1915 and 1919. The index covers over 30,000 references to notices published in the newspaper concerning approximately 10,000 different individuals.

These notices were usually placed by relatives and friends concerning their loved ones who had been wounded, killed or decorated in World War I. Some service personnel had more than one notice published within The Chronicle.
