Arthur Lawson

Story 111
This is a picture of my grandfather Arthur Lawson (rear blonde hair), the S.S Nicoya she was sank on 11th May 1942, by U553 at St Lawrence Vancouver.
This picture was sent to me from a gentleman in the U.K when I was researching my grandfather. To me the picture tells it all. This is only one of several torpedo attacks my grandfather survived between 1939 and 1946.
