I’m not currently using continuous / auto-renew membership. How do I opt-in?

Answer:

When you take out a subscription, it is on a continuous basis, meaning that your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you switch off the option to automatically renew it. This is to ensure you have continuous, uninterrupted access to records. It's very easy to switch it back on if you change your mind.

Sign in and go to ‘My Account’ > 'Personal details'
You will then see an option to select "Auto-renew my subscription". 

Selecting this option will ensure your subscription will not expire again until you switch it off. You will subsequently be charged for your subscription amount on your renewal date.
Once altered we will send you an email confirming that your account details have been updated.
