price when you renew your subscription.

Make sure you renew your subscription before it lapses to get an
automatic 20% loyalty discount. The discount applies to the Explorer, 1911 census and combined subscriptions. But if your subscription lapses, the offer will no longer apply.

If you see your subscription advertised at a lower price at the time of your renewal, send us proof and we will refund double the difference between the two prices.

• The Best Price Guarantee applies to Explorer subscription renewals only.
• Once a subscription has lapsed the loyalty discount will not apply.
• The Best Price Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
• We may change the level of discount from time to time, but we promise you’ll get the best price available at the time of renewal.
• The current level of discount is displayed on this page.
• The loyalty discount is applied automatically a few months before your subscription renewal date, but it can be claimed at any time during your subscription term, should you want to renew early. Simply contact our Customer Support team to claim your discount.
• We will send you an email to tell you when your loyalty discount has been applied.
